The Alibaug Public Meeting

This election is not for the power, but for the retention of the thought process. — Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare

The Raigad Lok Sabha constituency has become the prestigious constituency in Maharashtra, and it is clear that there will be a tough fight between Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare, NCP leader and Mr Anant Geete, the present Member of Parliament. During the public meeting at Alibaug Honourable, Mr Sunil Tatkare urged people that this election is not for the power but for the retention of thought process. We all are together here to secure and retain the constitution of the country which is tabled by Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar. The BJP Government has failed on all the fronts.

Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare submitted his application for this election for the Raigad Lok Sabha constituency. The public meeting was organised at Alibaug city. During the public meeting, Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare said that the BJP Government has disappointed the masses. I publicly appeal the present Member of Parliament Mr Anant Geete to declare his 5 years’ work contribution for the district. He is an example of how the Member of Parliament should not be.

The Peasants -Labour party President, Honourable Mr Jayant Patil also expressed his views during the public meeting. He targeted Mr Anant Geete in the public meeting. In one of the public meetings, Mr Geete said that he is supposed to start the inquiry of Raigad District Central Bank. On this statement MLA Mr Jayant Patil said that we appeal you to start the inquiry, you should be the chairman for this inquiry commission and if you find any issue with the bank, we are ready to do whatever you say. Mr Jayant Patil further said that if I couldn’t contribute vote lead for Mr Sunil Tatkare, it will be my political retirement time. Mr Anant Geete couldn’t bring any good projects for Raigad and Ratnagiri districts, despite having the Central Minister position for Heavy Industries. Raigad District Congress President, Mr Manik Jagtap said that Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare has begun his career from Zilla Parishad work and he has always brought justice to the common people and the position he has held.

Other attendees for the meeting were Peasants Labour party leader Smt Meenakshi Patil, MLA Mr Sanjay Kadam, MLA Mr Balaram Patil, Alibaug MLA Mr Pandit Patil, Pen MLA Mr Dhairyasheel Patil, Mr Shekhar Nikam, MLA Mr Aniket Tatkare, Raigad Zilla Parishad President Ms Aditi Tatkare.

NCP leader Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare is getting the strong support of the people. The decision of forming an alliance with Peasants- Labour party is also beneficial. Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare will get substantial vote lead in the Raigad Constituency. The way for the Shiv Sena candidate Mr Anant Geete is not easy for 17th Lok Sabha election. Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare is also getting the support of MLA Mr Bhaskar Jadhav. In this situation, it can be predicted that Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare will assure historical victory in the Raigad Lok Sabha constituency and his next inning as a Member of Parliament will begin.
