Mr.Sunil Tatkare Says No Repetition Of The Previous Mistakes

NCP leaders and party activists are busy in election campaigns for 17th Lok Sabha election. For Raigad Lok Sabha constituency Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare is expected to win the election with a substantial vote lead. These predictions and opinions are increasing the morale of the NCP party activists. NCP candidate Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare is also hopeful and positive about his success in the election. Also, he has a plan to avoid previous mistakes in the future.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha election, NCP Regional President Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare, had to face cut-to-cut and accidental failure. It was also a political strategic game of opposite parties. Name similarity between candidates confused people and two other Sunil Tatkare shared 6000 votes in the last election and Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare lost the election with only 2000 vote difference against Mr Anant Geete. According to Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare in 2019 election, these types of political games and strategies will not work. During the Alibaug press conference, Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare said that we are very careful this time and we will not repeat previous mistakes in this election. Our agenda for this election is to assure the development in Konkan region. We will be also supported by Congress, Peasants and Worker’s Party and this will increase our strength. We are sure that people are keen on the change in their inactive leader and this thought process will assure the success for me.

Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare also said that we will try to bring different projects in the Konkan area. Our focus is to bring Information Technology, Automobile, service projects in the Konkan area. These types of projects will increase employment opportunities and will not be hazardous to the environment. When an industrial development strategy was planned for Maharashtra, we opposed chemical projects in the Konkan area. Today also we have the same stand. There is no confirming decision regarding Refinery project in Raigad district. We will take our stand regarding it once all conditions and circumstances are clear.

Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare appeared very positive for the upcoming election challenge. The opposite candidate Mr Anant Geete has been the Member of Parliament since the last 6 terms and central minister for heavy industries. Definitely, the election fight will be tough and challenging for both of them. Honourable Mr Sunil Tatkare has worked continuously even after his tenure completion as Finance Minister. His commitment to different communities, development vision, experience, the guidance of Honourable Mr Sharad Pawar is the positive factors that will assist him. Mr Anant Geete might suffer due to his inactive leadership and poor public relations. It is sure that Raigad Lok Sabha constituency has become prestigious and the newly appointed Member of Parliament will get a tremendous scope for developmental initiatives.
